Site Use Primary Flag - Cannot Set Site Use Not To Primary With SOAP Webservice (Doc ID 2730108.1)

When importing a customer via integration using a SOAP webservice, it is not possible to create one account site with two different site uses which are set one to primary and one not to primary, regardless what is inserted in the payload.
To invoke the specific request, the field "PrimaryFlag" of the section "CustomerAccountSiteUse" is used in the method "MergeCustomerAccount" of webservice /foundationParties/CustomerAccountService
