Custom Report Filters With a "," In The Search Criteria, Is Not Returned (Doc ID 2730219.1)

Symptoms

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service: 20.2 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Created a Custom report, data includes items with a comma (,) in the text. These are names of Partners.
When using the filtering option in the custom report of Unifier, the items are not located when entered exactly as the text in the data set (picker) usage.

For Example:
Contractor equal
Using Drop Down or PICKER selecting:

Oracle
Oracle, Corporation
Oracle Primavera, Inc.
Primavera

The results will only contain items from
Oracle
Primavera

If there are no filters applied, there will be results from
Oracle, Corporation
Oracle Primavera, Inc.
as well as the other two

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the filter to locate the exact characters when entered as a picker, or drop down selection -

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access Unifier as user who can run custom reports
  2. Some Partner Company Names have a comma in the name
  3. Using the filter for the Contractor (Partner) by name with a comma are selected
  4. Using PDF as the output
  5. Run the report - None of the Partners with a comma in the name of the Partner are located and displayed on the PDF report.
