Financial Plan Approval Workflow

How to setup the approval workflow (ApprovePlanVersion) to approve separately budgets and forecasts ?

Is it possible to use the Financial Plan Type in the condition so that we create 2 rules 1) for budget plan types where we will send the budgets for approvals and 2) one for forecasts where will autoapprove the forecast ?
