Quick Add/Quick Key Inaccessible Upon Step Transition to First Step with Line Item Grid Visible (Doc ID 2730712.1)

Symptoms

When transitioning to a step that first shows the line item grid from a step where the line item grid was hidden,  the quick add feature will not be accessible unless the page is refreshed or a refresh action is triggered. This behavior is only seen in JET UI.
