On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to run Retro,
the following error occurs:
ERROR

A system error ORA-20001: You must provide a value for the attribute p_effective_date.
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_RETRO_PKG", line 1787
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Retro Process;
2. error occurs.
Observations: This employees are terminated and rehired.
The Payroll Assignment/Payroll Term is associated with Payroll as of the date of the Retropay.
