On : NA version, ENV - Environment

Session timeout not enabled for ORMB cloud environments. Please note that this KM is only applicable to ORMB Cloud customer, not on-prem.

Session timeout is not enabled. Ideally, the user needs to be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity but right now, the user is not logged out automatically and the session that was started during the day can just be refreshed to carry on with the activities.
