Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Weekly pay period for 1 2021 is missing in the payroll definition.

Some time periods with duplicate period names are removed. The most obvious manifestation is the number of pay periods for weekly payroll in calendar year say for 2020 or for plan year period is 51 vs 52. Similar missing pay time period could occur for Bi-Weekly payroll as well. With this reduced number of pay periods, some plan rates like Medical, Dental and Vision are calculated based on 51 pay periods instead of 52, thus sending the higher pay period deduction amount to Payroll elements and benefits rates. Impact of it is Per pay period deductions for these rates will be higher.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the weekly pay period to show  correctly on Payroll Definitions page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to weekly payroll definition (Home > Show More > Payroll > Payroll Definitions).
2. Scroll to 2021.
3. First pay period for the weekly payroll is 2 instead of 1.
