Symptoms

Oracle Revenue Managment and Billing (ORMB) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Databases Are Not Synchronized

The ORMB/OBIEE synchronization is not happening. Running the SQL below in both environments (PROD & OBIEE) there is a difference in “UDF_CHAR_7” & “UDF_CHAR_8” fields. The update statement provided yesterday to update these columns in the PROD environment, however since then we are unable to see any changes in OBIEE. The differences in SC_USER table are observed as well. The total row count would be different in both environments which means that there is no update in OBIEE for more than 12 hours.
