Fusion Global HR: Blank Notifications After CWB

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some notifications are blank when opened from Worklist or email.
The notifications for the below approval workflow tasks are coming as blank:
1. Change Assignment
3. Change Work hours
Below notifications are working fine, where complete details are shown:
1. Change Personal Information
2. Document of Records
3. New Hire
Issue discovered after applying a CWB.
All users effected by this.
Tried clearing browser cache, closing all browser windows and retry accessing the notification, but it did not help.
Expect to see content of the notification.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion App
2. Click Notifications
3. Go to Worklist
4. Search for Change Assignment or Transfer Title
5. Try to open
6. Only summary/subject appears but nothing else
