Checklist Tasks Show Errored in Transaction Console But Complete Their Tasks (Doc ID 2731595.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process transactions in the transaction console,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Potential recoverable issue caused due to health of managed servers.

After reviewing the Transaction Log, it shows the following error:

JBO-27040: VALUE HTOUTCMECOMPLETED1 FOR FIELD STATUS EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM LENGTH ALLOWED

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Submit a transaction for onboarding checklists as an example
2. Navigate to Tools > Transaction Console
3. Observe a number of them have errored
4. Also observe that despite erroring, the employee has been onboarded successfully
