Symptoms
When attempting to terminate an employee,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
You must enter a valid value for the actionCode field. (PER-1530231)
You need to enter a valid value in the field for the transaction to succeed. For example, you must only enter a number in the Job ID field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate the employee
