Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to perform resignation transaction for an employee reporting,
the transaction is failing with below error.

Fault Information : ORABPEL-30082 WorkflowServiceEngine request to another component failed. Request operation CallFunctionStateless from default/HcmEmploymentTerminationsComposite!11.13.20.07.0/ResignationApproval to ResignationApprovalRules failed with Business Fault: null. Check the underlying fault. Check target SOA component for cause.
