Symptoms

Accented characters are allowed in slug field which can cause issues such as:

1) When article pages that have url (with accents) that are generated based on the slug, when shared with social networks via opengraph protocol, that not all social platforms manage accent characters well.

2) Also users copies and pastes the url, and the encoding is not always correct to send by email, docs, etc...
