Intercompany Transaction Error Saying "The primary customer site for the customer assigned to legal entity XXX is inactive. (FUN-720085)" (Doc ID 2732404.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

Unable to create the intercompany transaction saying customer and supplier site inactive.

When trying to submit an intercompany batch, the following error is displayed

ERROR

The primary customer site for the customer assigned to legal entity XXX Receiver LE is inactive. (FUN-720085)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Intercompany Accounting > Transactions
2. Create a new intercompany batch and submit it
3. Check the error encountered

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create intercompany transactions
