Symptoms

 On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User have deferred Retro Events for multiple employees in the past,
after which all the subsequent Retro Events for these employees are also getting deferred.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Being able to defer specific retro events

STEPS
-----------------------
Require information about functionalities for the following concerns:
1. Ability to Defer Retro Event for Employee for a Particular Period and subsequent Retro Events should be picked up as required, or ability to close a Deferred Retro Event such that subsequent retro events are picked up as required for Employee

2. Currently user have multiple employees which have deferred status tagged to them for which are not getting newer Retro Events.
Which option is currently available such that the preceding Retro Events tagged to to the employees can be closed off and only the new events are picked up ?
Is there any solution or workaround which can be used, apart from creating offsets once deferred events are set to awaiting processing and processed ?

3. If there are employees who have a Deferred Retro Event and then are terminated and after sometime they are rehired, will the new Retro Events Trigger as expected or the user has to clear the old Deferred Retro Event ?
