Cannot Connect From OIC To On-Premise REST Service Using SSL. Getting Error CASDK-0007, ICS-11070

Goal
Customer is facing an error while trying to use an OIC REST adapter to invoke a REST service in an on-premise environment using the OIC Connectivity Agent. They have imported the SSL certificate from the on-premise server in OIC settings.
They are able to call the service over HTTP, but the HTTPS service calls fail with the following error as shown below:

Unable to establish a secure connection to https://xxx:port. SSL protocol related exception occurred. Verify that the URL is reachable and the certificate for the same is available.>
Customer needs confirmation whether to import the SSL Certificate in OIC or import the certificate in the OIC Connectivity Agent server.
Also, if they require to import the SSL Certificate in the OIC Agent server Keystore. If this is the process, please provide any documentation and detailed steps to import the SSL Certificate in the OIC Agent server.
