Symptoms

When clicking Approve on Allocation Maintenance returns the following error:
An internal exception occurred. Contact the System Administrator.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Build an allocation
2. In the Workflow, Choose Approve
3. Get Approval Failure within seconds - An internal exception occurred. Contact the System Administrator.
