Symptoms

When a particular user attempts to login to P6 Professional using Cloud Connect,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to connect to the database. Please run the database configuration tool or contact your administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P6 Professional.
2. Submit login credentials

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, one particular user is unable to login.
