PGP Public Key Not Showing Up In List of Values (Doc ID 2733363.1)

Goal

User uploaded the PGP Public key provided by the bank to UCM under fin/payments/import account.

When setting up the Transmission Configuration, the key does not show up in the LOV (List of Values) for the PGP Public key field.
