Smart View: Error Connecting to Essbase 19c "An error has occurred in the script on this page ..." (Doc ID 2733618.1)

Symptoms

In Smart View, some users connecting to Essbase using using a Private Connection get the error: "An error has occurred in the script on this page ..."  Other users have no issues logging into Essbase via Smart View, both Admin & non-admin users.  All users are using the same private connection URL.
