Unable to add New Contact field on Leads in Outlook 365

Users are unable to add the out of the box "New Contact" field (PrimaryContactSimplifiedName) to the Lead layout in the outlook 365 configurator. As a result users can not create leads with new contacts. This is possible in Simplified UI and CX Mobile

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to add a new contact in O365 on create lead page
