Symptoms
When manually creating Supplier, an error message is thrown.
ERROR

Supplier Number ## already exists. Review the supplier numbering setup. (POZ-21330054).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Suppliers > Create Supplier
2. Pass values for required fields: Supplier, Business Relationship, Tax Organization Type
3. Create > Error appears
