Qn1:On : version, Manage Advanced Collections

Bankruptcy Email Notification issue

Approve/Reject/Request more information tabs from Bankruptcy email notification are not working.

Why when we click on any of the below buttons it is just opening the internet explorer page and not even Oracle login page.
Actions: Approve | Reject | Request More Info

When we click on the below button it is navigating to the Oracle login page, as a workaround we can access this task in the Workspace Application
