Unifier System Error When Publishing a Custom Report (Doc ID 2734369.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Publish a Custom Report, the following error is displayed.

Error:  "Alert The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin mode > Configuration > Custom Templates > Select the "Custom Template" to be published > Status > Published.
  3. The error noted above is displayed.
