Purchase Orders are Getting Failed with Error 'GETNXT: Order detail cannot be found for order being published' (Doc ID 2734392.1)

Symptoms

Purchase Orders (PO) are inserted into MFCS application through data conversion activity and when they are modified in MFCS, corresponding PO messages are getting failed with below failures in RIB-RMS and not getting published:
