Program Has Validation Errors: The Inclusion Filter Is Empty. Please Assign The Correct Filter. (Doc ID 2734443.1)

Symptoms

Program has validation errors: The Inclusion Filter is empty. Please assign the correct filter.

Changes

1. Create SMS Campaign:
    1. Targeting section defaults to have the radio button selected: Everyone in the profile list
    2. Select one of the following radio buttons, without actually selecting the audience, filter or supplemental table or view:
          Everyone in the selected audience
          Everyone in any of the selected filters
          Everyone associated with a supplemental table or view
    3. Click Save
    4. Notice the Targeting section now shows a red: x Errors
    5. Directly under it there is a message:
          Identify who will receive this campaign. This step is not needed if you intend to use the campaign in a program.
    6. If the section is not expanding Click drop down arrow next to: x Errors to review the possible errors:
          If "Whom to include" is selected as: Everyone in the selected audience
            x Errors:
                 Selected Audience was delete. Please reselect another Audience.

          If "Whom to include" is selected as: Everyone in any of the selected filters
            x Errors:
                 No Filter selected. Please assign a valid Filter.

          If "Whom to include" is selected as: Everyone associated with a supplemental table or view
            x Errors:
                 The Inclusion Supplemental Table is empty. Please add a new valid supplemental table.
    7. Do not make any changes because the SMS campaign is going to be in a Program and the message says:
          Identify who will receive this campaign. This step is not needed if you intend to use the campaign in a program.

2. Create, Design and Save a Program with SMS Campaign(s) within it. For example: Created a Program with multiple SMS Campaigns Stages, each SMS campaign had one of the above Targeting options selected.

3. Click Validate

4. Review the Validation errors:
      The targeting criteria is missing. Please
      assign the correct targeting.
      The Inclusion Supplemental Table or View
      is empty. Please add a new valid
      supplemental table or view.
      The targeting criteria is missing. Please
      assign the correct targeting.
