Error When Importing Taleo Metadata into ADFS (Doc ID 2734552.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new Relying Party Trust in ADFS using the Taleo SP Metadata file, an error is generated in ADFS:

"An error occurred during an attempt to read the federation metadata. Verify that the specified URL or host name is a valid federation metadata endpoint."
