Payables Key Indicators Report Parameters Selection: Some Periods Missing from the List of Values (Doc ID 2734559.1)

Symptoms

When trying to submit the Payables Key Indicators Report  - in the 'Process Details' window from Scheduled Processes - the 'Period name' list of values is not showing all periods.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Scheduled Processes - > search for the report Payables Key Indicators Report

2. In the 'Process Details' window > the 'Period name' list of values shows: Nov-13, then Nov-17, Nov-18. Nov-19 - showing gaps between periods
