Goal

the newly hired employee, with a future hire date, are not searchable from My Client Groups > Profiles > Talent Profile.

Please consider that in the Classic UI we are able to see the Profile of the same employee, browsing from My Client Groups > Person Management > search for the employee with the future hire date > Personal and Employment > Talent Profile.
