Fusion PIM: Item Keyword Search In Japanese Session Does Not Allow Partial Search (Doc ID 2734705.1)

Goal

There are two items with the following description:

- ﾃｽﾄﾃﾞｰﾀ TEST-100
- ﾎﾝﾊﾞﾝﾃﾞｰﾀ TEST-100

1. When keyword search is performed with "TEST-100", both data are returned.
2. When keyword search is performed with "ﾃﾞｰﾀ", only "ﾃｽﾄﾃﾞｰﾀ TEST-100" is returned.
3. When keyword search is performed with "ﾝﾃﾞｰﾀ", only "ﾎﾝﾊﾞﾝﾃﾞｰﾀ TEST-100" is returned.

Since "ﾃﾞｰﾀ" is included in both, customer's expectation is that both records are returned in Case 2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. PIM -> Manage Items
2. Enter a keyword in Keyword field and Search
