Employee Country details showing two countries in Person Management.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee Country details should be showing one country in Person Management.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person Management->search person number->search result shows Country United States
2. Go to Person Management->Employment page->Country is United Kingdom


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Impacts Payroll for the company.
