Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When going to Quotas --> Tasks on the right panel --> Click on Manage Sales Goals --> nothing happens, and the page remains the same.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Manage Sales Goals should open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Quotas from home page
2. Click on the tasks icon and the right panel opens
3. Click on Mage Sales Goals
