Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to update a worker assignment with PATCH on /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers/{PersonId}/child/workRelationships/{PeriodOfServiceId}/child/assignments/{assignmentsUniqID} with a Payload that contains "assignmentsEFF",
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PATCH on /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers/{PersonId}/child/workRelationships/{PeriodOfServiceId}/child/assignments/{assignmentsUniqID}
with a Payload that contains "assignmentsEFF"
