Symptoms

Followed steps in <Note: 1964157.1> Setup Instructions for Printing from Oracle Cloud

But when sending report to printer, the following error occurs:

Document delivery failed [INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1] [DELIVERY_ID=-1]Error deliver document to printer

 

Per <Note: 1964157.1>
- Ensured that Printer supports printing over the internet.
- Ensured that the Proxy server IP address(es) have been whitelisted for your DataCenter
- Verified the SSL certificate is a valid SSL certificate signed by a trusted certificate authority

 

Changes

 New On-Premise printer setut.
