Symptoms
On : NA version, Profile Management
When HR is trying to print the talent profile (= skills and qualification) of a worker or a direct report,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 15, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. search for a worker within your scope or a direct report
2. go to the tab "skills and qualifications"
3. click on the action button
4. click on the print action
5. see error message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print the talent profile
