'Reset Password' Option Is Missing In Oracle Analytics (Doc ID 2734831.1)

After upgrading/moving to the OAC 105.8.0 version (non-IDCS, customer-managed), end-user is not able to see 'Reset Password' in the Users/Roles section of DV Console page.

Due to this, Administrator can not reset other user's passwords in DV Console.
