When Attempting To Open A Cost Type Business Process Record, A System Error Is Generated (Doc ID 2734936.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a Cost Type Business Process (BP) record in the Unifier environment, the following error is displayed.


ERROR
-----------------------
"Unifier Notification The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the Cost Type BP is enabled > Upper BP Node > BP Node > Open any of the BP records in the BP log.
  3. The error noted above is displayed.
