Error 'The system could not process your request' When Attempting to Open a Cost Type Business Process Record (Doc ID 2734936.1)

When attempting to open a Cost Type Business Process (BP) record in Unifier, the following error occurs.

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier and navigate to the Project/Shell where the Cost Type BP is enabled.
  2. Select Upper BP Node > BP Node and open any of the BP records in the BP log.
  3. The reported error occurs.
