On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Service Request

Question: How To Send A Message To The 'Preferred' Home Email Address Of An Employee Instead Of Work Email Address?

The customer requirement is to send the Help Desk Service Request Message Responses to the 'Preferred' home email address.

However, when the HR Helpdesk agent uses the 'Email' channel for the response, the application only allows sending to work email address.
