SSO Test Fails With System Error When Using HTTP Artifact (Doc ID 2735739.1)

Symptoms

 Customer get system error during SSO test.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Access fusion application

2.  Click Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> Single Sign On -> Open customer IDP -> Diagnostic and Activation -> Test

3.  Click start SSO, enter SSO credential

The user will get a system error
