Goal

Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) is publishing item and item/loc information to downstream applications.
And MFCS and downstream data models both support the notion of "substitute items" for fulfillment, in case of out-of-stocks.
However, these attributes do not appear to be present in the Item, ItemLoc, or ItemLocReplMod message families, nor are they present in BDI.
