Goal
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Receiving
Two users with identical Data Access and Roles, one is not able to receive against requisitions. Need to identify why one user can't receive against requisitions but another user can?
Both users have identical Data Access datasets and the same roles.
Both navigate to Receive Items page.
User, JT, is able to see items after searching by Business Unit.
But user, CC, gets no results with the same search.
They have already tried rerunning Security processes, clearing cache and using different browsers.
