Purpose

The Failed to Load Error has been encountered in these areas:

  1. Merge Forms (Candidate Action: Fill-out form)

  2. New Hire Content Page task > opening uploaded documents 

  3. On the Career Section when a candidate is opening uploaded documents

  4. In Onboarding Process > user attempts to open a System Document - Three Issues

    Item 4  - Cause  A  Brackets around variables

    Item 4  - Cause  B  Drop-down (Multi-selection) fields used 

    Item 4 - Cause  C  Attempting to open EOffer PDF in Candidate Process results in System Error
