Cannot Activate New Language on a Message Template [20D] (Doc ID 2736085.1)

Symptoms

Recruiting Administration > Message Templates.

After the 20D upgrade, the Users are not able to activate any new language on the message template. After the Activate button is clicked, the page refreshes but the language does not get activated.

Changes

Zone upgraded to 20D version
