Integration Instances Getting Created While Stopping And Starting Schedules (Doc ID 2736186.1)

Symptoms

Integration instances getting created while stopping and starting schedules with Abort and Waiting status respectively.
There is observed that after the OIC instance upgrade done on 1st Dec, whenever stopping any schedule of integration, an instance of it is getting created with Abort status.
The same thing happening when starting the schedule, an instance is getting created with Waiting status.
