21B Unable To Bulk Load The Postal Codes In The Territory - Connection To The Server Failed (Doc ID 2736261.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

When attempting to load 1000 postal codes via territory page
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Connection to the server failed (Status = 504)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into application
Navigate to Territory Page
Dimension = Geography using the option "Add members in Bulk" within the territory.

Add more than 1000 postal codes.

An error is displayed:
Connection to the server failed (Status = 504)


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load zipcodes
