On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to run Retro process  the following error occurs for few employees

ERROR
-----------------------
 ORA-20001: The employment level entered isn't eligible for the element Salary Retroactive on 2020-11-01. Details: You can't grant the element to the payroll relationship, terms or assignment unless it meets the element eligibility criteria and has an element costing record. Ensure that a suitable element costing rule exists for the element, and that the eligibility criteria for a person matches those defined on the costing rule.
