Oracle Blockchain Platform REST Call Failing with Authorization error "401" When IDCS User Have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enabled (Doc ID 2736687.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Application Development

When calling Oracle Blockchain Platform (OBP) REST endpoints, the IDCS user is getting authorization error "401". The tenancy have MFA is enabled on IDCS (e-mail factor enabled) and user "username" exists in IDCS , have roles CA_USER, ADMIN, REST_CLIENT for Gen2 OBP.

e.g. When invoking below "/restproxy/api/version" " REST endpoints, request fails with authorization error "401".
