Unable to do a Verified Return Transaction from a Specific Store (Doc ID 2736730.1)

Symptoms

Unable to do a Verified Return Transaction from a Specific Store.

1. This is occurring in the Production environment.
2. Unable to do a verified return for a transaction sold from store X.
3. Store X is the only affected store that is facing the issue.
4. All transaction related table entries are populated but suspecting data is not in RPT_sale_line table.

Example Transaction is showing as unverified return, but this transaction is available in XOC.

See the following log file error:
