Goal
On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany
Custom sandbox changes not reflexting with changes after publishing
Firstly we created custom sandbox and published to disable COMPLETE button on Journal creation form. Which worked fine.
Now due to some business functionality to check, customer would like to revert back the changes.
Customer created new custom sandbox for enabling same COMPLETE button on journal creation form and published,.
But this time seems our sandbox not working with the changes.
Steps followed in creating new sandbox.

create new sandbox,
entered into sandbox,
used page composer,
selected edit component on button pane and enabled COMPLETE button and saved the changes.
published this new sandbox.. We've logged out and re-login but could not see the changes in application.
How to fix sandbox to enable COMPLETE button?
