No Option To Search Contact With Non Primary Emails

Goal
We can have multiple email addresses associated with single contact in system. However, when we go to Contact landing page, we only see option to search with Primary Email address.
We want to give our sales reps ability to search contact with any email address. Is there any workaround? Is this feature in the roadmap?
